How to Apply
Our application process is meant to be easy and functional for educators to submit grant requests.
When you are ready to submit your application, you will need to provide specific vendor cost projections including competitive bidding on line items greater than $1,000. Full applications should, where possible, include examples of similar project integration in other school districts (locally or nationally) with an assessment of their success.
EGEF looks to award funding to grant proposals that clearly articulate an enriching and innovative curricular enhancement through a well-constructed application. The committee specifically looks at creativity as well as impact on students in their review of grant applications. A key element in the mission of EGEF is to stimulate and support cutting edge curricular enhancement in the school system and grants proposals should support that mission, too.
Please note, if you have an idea for a grant proposal but need help in the planning or application process, please reach out to one of our Grants Committee Co-Chairs, Christine Dembinski (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Sarah Meleski (email@example.com).
We’re excited to see your grant submission!
“The application process was painless to go through. It’s encouraging. The folks from EGEF were quick on the reply. I felt supported all the way through. It makes me want to do another one.”
